Statement from fan groups ahead of new season

Hi - i had the discussion in May with the access team and they did not mention any exemption criteria or was any published when they were encouraging people to email . I also got an email confirmation basically saying if after a few months there is still a problem "we will add the exemption"
Sounds like they don't know their arse from their elbow. Whether that's downright incompetence or something more sinister I've no idea, but whichever way I look at it they've definitely shifted the goalposts with regards your son

yes - I bet there are also other ST holders in same position. I'll ensure he gets to 10 one way or another

The email confirmation is unfortunate to say the least, sounds like someone who wasn't listening when they had their training.

"for those that know was this mentioned at the time?" it was certainly mentioned on here, but the City release doesn't mention specifics.

Did you say why your son can't make the 10 game limit? If he's definitely not going to make it they'll simply drop him down to the flexi-gold will they not?
Just to point out no specifics are mentioned otherwise I would not of wasted time. "They will work with you to try and come up with adjustments or a solution, and can also apply an exemption where necessary." Why not just upfront tell people that is only if it in these scenarios.

Email access@mancity.com or call +44(0) 161 444 1894. and i'm not sure what you mean that person was not listening during their training. You don't work for them do you?

Your last sentence is infantile.

It isn't a 10 game limit, it is a 10 game minimum.

Also you need to buy a minimum of 10 on Flexi-gold, which is why it is fucked up - I know you can transfer 3.

Not a great alternative is it?

Ahh, I thought the 10 game minimum didn't apply to the FG tickets. I can understand it for ST's but it makes no sense for FG's to be sure.

"sounds like someone who wasn't listening when they had their training." - who were you referring to here? the supervisor or the employee who told me they would add an exemption via email?
The employee obviously. When I was working I was on many, many different clients (no, never City) and would frequently have to respond to emails where another colleague had given them incorrect information. Infuriating but shit happens, and before you ask, no, they don't have to honour a genuine mistake (or at least none of the ones I've worked on did).

So you are obviously implying the employee made the error not that City were not clear in the conditions for applying for an exemption and they did not make it clear to their staff, what the conditions for exemptions were.

I hope your training was better delivered then what city have as I'm not the only one.

No, but if you're going to be telling me "what I'm implying" then the conversation is over. Good luck to your son, whatever his reasons are.
