Statues at the ground

Lee, Bell and Summerbee & Kompany, Silva and Aguero will all have a statue outside the ground beforehand the end of 2022.

We know that Khaldoon is big in celebrating players and history with statues who have shown devotion to the club, delivered success and been adored by the fans

Who else do you think in our current squad deserves a statue or will do by the time they retire?
I suppose part of what drives the answer will be future success.

Foden (12), Fernandinho (9), KDB (7), Sterling (7), Ederson (5), Walker (5), Jesus (5), Bernardo (5)

Or any ex players?
... a goal keeping statue with Frank Swift and Bert Trautmann?

This is a good shout and cheap too - the club can just start referring to the existence of the statue without needing to actually build it.

Alternatively if the club can find a bit of cash down the back of a sofa, it could commission a nice ornamental bench for the FOCs to have a sit on, with a plaque in front of it just saying 'Glauber'.

As an aside, I like the fact he has his own unique place in our recent history and by all accounts has only ever said nice things about the club, unlike some of the bastards who stole a living from us round about that time.
