Into the last day and I've not yet bought a thing. Really disappointed by the selection. Most of the games are crap and the odd good ones I've already played.

Yeah seems a bit poor this sale in all honesty, plus the past 2 days they've just put games on that have already been on the daily sale!!!

Received an email from Square-Enix saying Final Fantasy VII and VIII are both on sale on the store now!

I have both for the PS1 but I'm considering buying them if they go on the Christmas sale in a few weeks!

Two of my favourite Final Fantasy games that both hard copy's cost a fortune to acquire for the PC!!

FF7 has been on there a while, I've already played and beaten it. An epic game - with each year the graphics become more dated, but the game loses none of it's charm. I first got it for Christmas when I was a kid and never stopped loving it.

FF8 has just come out on there, I'm waiting for a sale. That card game in FF8 was one of the most addictive ever!

Like you, I have PS1 copies of both + all the PS2 FFs. I don't have a PS anymore, but recently played FF10 and FF12 on this emulator + an XBox controller... worked like a charm with a few tweaks. http://pcsx2.net/

Yeah I have all but FF 5, 6 and 11, I tend not to include 11 though as that was online only game! I played FF10 and 12 on the PS2 emulator but have heard they're re-releasing X and X-2 in a HD collection for the PS3 so might get that, never bothered with 12 as much and never got that far on it, kind of when it went downhill (followed by 13 and XIII-2).

Was looking to get FF XIV: A Realm Reborn but wanted to wait for it to be re-released back on Steam but it doesn't look like it will be back on there, probably due to the fact the game having a pay monthly account?
