Thought the same thing. We probably have £800 million worth of talent coming through that entrance every day. And its just the guy in his small cabin lifting the barrier up. For what it would cost surely get a couple more security around that area each day.

No, you guys are thinking of the drive in entrance near the academy stadium, that has a little barrier, but that's not what the players mostly use. the incident was on clayton lane, that has big slide open doors, players can drive straight in, no one can get near unless they get out the car.
I've only been once to get autogrpahs and that was a couple of years back, but i've walked past a few time on the way to meet my other half, there's usually a few people hanging about and they said to me nowdays most just drive past staright through the magical sliding solid gate.

Not sure why Raheem got out of his car unless this dickhead kicked or punched the car. Still there should be some huge security guy on the gate to dissuade such fucking imbeciles from these kind of actions. To "escort" them off the premises so to speak.

A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged racist attack on the Manchester City and England forward Raheem Sterling, police have announced.

Sterling, 23, was allegedly confronted as he arrived at City’s training ground prior to Saturday’s Premier League victory over Tottenham.

A statement from Greater Manchester police read: “On Monday, December 18, 2017 a report was made to police after a 23-year-old man was subjected to a racially aggravated assault on Clayton Lane in Manchester on Saturday, December 16.

“An investigation was launched and a 29-year-old man was arrested earlier this morning, Tuesday, December 19, 2017, on suspicion of racially aggravated assault. He is now in police custody for questioning. This is being treated as a hate crime.”

What really happend-------

Peg was walking past the academy (after spying on peps training) when sterling pulled in blasting music from his car (window open according to a sky source). Peg asked him politely to turn the music down, Raz threw a pint of milk at him (Ederson had asked him to pick one up for him on his way into work) and it all kicked of from there.
Peg told the police that 'wheels on the bus' was playing at the time but Sterling insisted that it was only playing as he had just dropped his kids off at school and was not being played to take the piss out of the Trafford bus parkers.
