Exciting times indeed!!!!!!!

Jo-Jo is an adaptable player, he is mainly a left wing kind of player, but can (and has) played as a striker, much like Ronaldo. Ask a fiorentina fan, the main reason he played at striker last season is because they were short of strikers and he can (and did) play pretty well there

HE FUCKIN IS! HAVE YOU FUCKING SEEN HIM PLAY? FUCKING JOG ON YOU ****.
I've seen him play, maybe, nine times. He has played up front, he is a forward, but he's not a striker. He's a CRonaldo/Bale/Reus position player.
Kind of but kind of not. He seems so much more "blue-collar" than those guys. He works hard, put's in tackles, etc. He's almost got this vintage style from yester-year. I am so glad we have him on our team.

IN our team
k thx

Re: Jovetic Fee Agreed

I agree...we are not going to see him play as a out and out striker at City...He can sit behind the front man or out wide as attacking midfield player...The great thing about this signing is that he is so talented that he can play outside, behind the striker or as a striker.....most upside of all our signings this preseason...

Kind regards

left sided attacking midfielder that was used as a striker last season as they were short up front.

He is not a striker, he plays 'in the hole' OH GOD! or as a left wing (where he will play for us)
Listen if we've said it once we've said it a million times he's not an out and out striker he is an auxiliary/utility striker if needs must though

He does play quite regularly wide left with a licence to roam. His own preferred position ia a really advanced ACM behind a main striker.

Good signing for you lot.

Fans from another certain team on another board are scoffing that none of these signings are "scary". I find that odd given taht if you'd brought in the sexy stars, you'd be criticized for going galactico. Pellegrini is bringing players that add to the squad, and add tactical options while at the same time being reliable, proven and dependable at the highest level (La Liga, Serie A, UCL).

It is also funny that fans of that team feel they are in a position to scoff about unimpressive signings when they will probably end up with two Everton players.

Kind of like how MP played isco, apparently he let him roam free between CAM and LM so teams couldn't work out how to mark him, if he does the same with Jo-Jo he will have a good season I recon
