Used to think Claridge was a decent sort but the utter claptrap he comes out with regarding City soon changed my opinion of him.

It's obvious he rarely sees us play live. Spouts all the usual cliches; defensive minded approach, Mancini will revert to type in the big games, no team spirit, something wrong in the dressing room etc. He clearly does no homework and is too lazy to form his own opinions, just jumps on the anti city bandwagon

I vividly remember his reaction to us winning the semi on the "Monday Night Club" radio show on 5 live - words to the effect of well they should be winning games like that with all the money they've spent.
