Tottenham to Manchester City
THE INSIDER says: 3/5

The 20-year-old’s call-up for England will only add pounds to his ever increasing value.
Brendan Rodgers was delighted to have him on loan at Swansea where he fitted into their style after being well drilled at Tottenham.
He came through the Olympics with his reputation relatively unscathed despite a few uncomfortable moments and is raring to go in the Premier League.
He signed a four-year deal with Tottenham in July and will be looking to break in to their first team.
The fact he is not an automatic choice will make other clubs take notice. Swansea want him back on loan, Liverpool would consider him if Daniel Agger goes while Manchester City are keen as they plan ahead.
Tottenham would be reluctant to sell to their rivals and his valuation of around £15million would reflect that.

3 out of 5? Must be on!

As it goes i was very impressed with him last season.

Not sure what top team he'd get in though:
He wouldn't get in ahead of Agger and Skrtl
He wouldn't get in ahead of Terry and Luis (forget Cahill, i think he's properly overrated! Cahill wasn't as good at Bolton last season as Caulker was at Swansea)
He wouldn't get in ahead ahead of Dawson and Vortonghen at Spurs
He wouldn't get in ahead of Vermaelen or Koscielny at Arsenal
He wouldn't get in ahead of Vidic (possibly Ferdinand or Smalling/Jones/Evans maybe?) at the Rags
He wouldn't get in ahead of Vincent and Joleon

So anywhere he goes (apart from possibly United but they have loads of players who can play CH and can't see them signing anyone) he'd be going to be a squad player.
