Bought one of those flags on the concourse of the south stand at the Newcastle game. Brought it to the bayern game midweek and today. Got stopped in the queue on the way in. After bringing the supervisor over I was told that I could "poke someone's eye out" and that the pole was "too long".

So basically anyone planning on bringing a flag to the game please be warned that it may be confiscated. Nice one stewards.

You could poke someones eye out with your cock , but i'll bet they didn't confiscate that !

But the club are behind it?(the flags)

That shouldn't have happen.

And no I didn't bring my flag, as I expected something like the above to happen.

2 got in though. Saw them being waved in the SS.

Well this has clearly not been mentioned to some stewards. I did see a couple of flags in the south stand when I got in so maybe I was just unlucky. Health and safety gone mad.

this is kind of why when 1894 were getting off the ground we were low key. not announcing things until they were done because even with lots of planning , it only takes a communication breakdown between 2 people in the link to cause a big problem.

we were told Friday pm this wouldn't happen and we will flag it up again (no pun intended)

which entrance / block was it. so the steward can be traced. please reply on here. cheers

Made me giggle.

I don't think swastika flags are acceptable.

Entrance P south stand lower. young north eastern girl initially asked me to step aside before a larger black gentleman got involved and then the mixed race supervisor bloke basically said no.
