I saw a night of the phoenix night crew at the mill in Wigan. That Paddy fella is pretty bad at stand up, the City fella was the best along with the lady, i forget her name but she was sharp to. Daniel did not perform that night sadly so i have never seen/heard him.

It is the style used i think. The "poor piss on everything" method seems to have a limited shelf life. This is why i think Chapelle is spot on, he mixes it all perfectly when he is not in the middle of a personal crisis.
 
I liked his internet comments one.
