Still Reality Bytes...

It's a wonder people don't read what's said in a post before jumping all over it.

Don't think the post said anything about BRICS being a military rival at this point.

But you can have your fantasy PoV to a conversation never had.

A rival to nato means what then?

Nato only exists as a military alliance.

Anyone would think you are being deliberately cryptic in a provocative way to bank Internet wins.

I guess "coming years" doesn't mean 5-10 or 10-20 years either, perhaps 50-100.

If you think two countries that continue to fight each other of a border dispute with soldiers dying on both sides, only two years ago, are joining hand in hand then you are a special kind of delusional.

A rival to NATO... yet.

If these countries form their own trade lines and currencies AND hold the power to oil, etc., it will only be a matter of time before they form their own military coalition based upon 'peaceful intervention' since NATO have made them naturalised enemies.

That's what NATO have done and excluded those oil rich countries.

It Was a One Off and Won't Happen Again...

Oh No! Say it Ain't True, BBC...

Interesting that there are SEVERAL African countries not getting involved in WoW crimes!

You're a moron.

It cannot possibly be a NATO rival offering collective self defence when Pakistan is an enemy of India and one of China's main allies and huge recipient of their weaponry.

Brazil and South Africa have no interest in fighting in the South China Sea or getting involved in a border dispute between India and Pakistan.

You're dumb.

Nobody mentioned fighting in wars, at this point, and having 'peacekeeping' missions doesn't always constitute war. NATO does it all the time.

Once certain countries find an economic way forward, everything else falls into place, even if countries disagree on levels.

That's just politics.

Sometimes bigger issues are afoot.

Aaand talking of finding "an economic way forward"...

Zelenskyy seems to have sold Ukraine's soul to 'BlackRock' (we all know who they are!) who will advise the president on reconstruction of the country, so they'll get first dibs, of course!

So, what's he doing before this comes into effect?

It must be the supposed ‘Hard man‘ influence that has got to some. It’s OK to understand, not so to follow.
