Still Top at the end of March

Fingers crossed - United have been on a fantastic run, even though most of us think they're shit! The fact is that they are due to drop some points - keeping such a long run up to the end of the season would be very very difficult for both teams.
Of the March fixtures, I reckon we will win them all, with the possible exception of Chelsea at home. If not there, Stoke away. Anyhow, I reckon it will be 4 wins and a draw - so 13 points out of 15.
I reckon United will draw on Sunday at Spurs and possibly drop points at home to Fulham - they are a good attacking threat, especially with that new Russian guy they've got up front. Maybe I'm being optimistic, but I don't see United doing any better than us, and possibly only getting 11 out of the 15 available.
Spurs - they are now on their bad run. They lost at Arse and will at best draw against United - without Parker, don't forget. I have them down for only 1 win in their 4 games, so, only 5 points out of the next 12. Squeaky bum time for them as to whether they can cling on to 3rd spot.

Sundays huge for me. If United win at Spurs then ill start fearing the worst.

A win for us this weekend and a negative result of any sort for them is huge.

I wouldnt be surprised if Fulham and West Brom nick a point off the rags.

I think if United win at Spurs, they will win the title. They have a much easier run in of games while we have Arsenal, Newcastle, Stoke and Swansea away. Also United and Chelsea at home. We needed to have a wider points margin in my opinion and we don't as it stands. lets hope im wrong!!!

Er excuse me, not sure if you are aware but realism is strictly prohibited on this forum. Any use of realism will provoke members of the forum (including mods) to call you depressing.

Only positive posts about our title run in allowed, many thanks.

By the way, I agree with you 100% and can see the rags winning there. Spurs virtually always roll over for them lot.

Think it is a bit different this year and after last week’s humiliation by Arsenal they will want to prove that are not distracted with all the England talk and they are still in good shape to be the best London club and to do that they MUST beat the rags.

Wouldn't that be the scum then?

Wow, that is optimistic. I'm sure Fulham have probably only won 3 of the last 30 away games. Saying that, if Blackburn can do it then so can Fulham.

I think the key game will be rags v spuds - if they beat spuds away i think they will win every other game.

We are capable of winning every game but there are a few potential bannana skins there

I agree that Rags at Spuds is key.

Think of it like this, if Spuds just draw with Utd and we win all our home games - we can afford to drop 7 points away which means we could actually draw 3 away games or even lose two. Even that is based on united winning every other game and so even one draw for them up to the end of the season means we could even afford to LOSE 3 aways!

Title races don't work like that. There will be unexpected results, twists and turns along the way.

Ultimately, it'll come down to the 30th April.
