How the hell do you stop getting these while running?
I've tried everything; leaving more time between eating and running, drinking more water (even though I drink tonnes already), and even some weird thing my mate told me about tensing your fist which is on the other side to the stitch? Nothing works.
Really starting to mess up my work out routine. I want to run, and I want to get fit, but I can't go more than 5 F'ing minutes without getting a stitch. Moreover it's pretty embarrassing in the gym when I have to stop and rest at that frequency.
I more or less only use the cross trainer now as they don't seem to give me stitches. While the cross trainer is pretty effective, I prefer to run.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
