Satisfied with the draw. Would have liked us to have played better but you don't tend to get the luxury of doing that at the Britannia. I doubt even Brazil could put more than 5 passes together outside of their own half on that pitch and against that bunch of cloggers. Too bad Given wasn't concentrating.
Decent games from Lescott and Richards tho and Vieira, who will get loads of stick, looked much better after the sending off. De Jong should have been sacrificed tho. He did'nt add anything to our play in the second half and basically just got in the way... Something is wrong when it appears that you have 4 centre backs (Toure, Lescott, De Jong and Vieira were all within touching distance of each other far too often)

Has Ade scored when Tevez wasn't in the team?
I had a feeling about this game, especially coming after the draw in the cup. Stoke on a cold midweek night is always horrible to play in and so it proved. We were tipped to lose by many people (including this clown who always slags us off) so at least we proved them wrong...just.
