Stoke could ruin our season.

Shaun and Johnson will give their full backs hell, just have to hope Ade is in a good mood.
I like the look of johnson but i can guarantee he will be given a torrid time at the brit!!! In fact all of your players will hate it!!

I doubt it. Your whole stadium won't start to abuse him because he is too good, the lad is honest and generally likeable. I could understand SWP getting abuse after the last game, Bellamy/Adebayor because of their personalities. But not Adam.

I agree mate.....Most stokies would surely snap your arm off for Johnson....and SWP for that matter!!! Quality players.....but like its been pointed out on this forum so many times.......stoke play "horrible" Hoofball so nomatter how good you are you will have to overcome it!!

yeah I know. The defence will hate it, Given will have night mares but I reckon the attack can thrive if they get the ball on the deck. Your side is probably one of the slowest in the division so SWP, Johnson and Ade should all cause you problems. But like I said, if we can't get the ball to them its going to be a very frustrating evening.

I've always wondered how a team with say 7 Stoke-esque players + say Adebayor, Tevez, Johnson and SWP would do.

Stoke won't ruin our season.

There are too many games left, and when your target is a top 4 place, mistakes are going to happen.

If we lose tomorrow, it's not the end of the world, as the teams around us will be dropping points as well. I know it's one of our games in hand, but when your target is 4th, there is a bit of slack, so to speak.

It's not good enough if you want to be champions, as that is a different mindset, but I'm looking forward to tomorrows game.

A draw will do for me.

They would be champions of England mate without a doubt......by march!!!

And a draw will be more than enough for me!

Santa an ade to start for me, petrov to be left at home.
Ditto!

That's a no go, that would more than likely mean a 442 with Barry pairing De Jong in the middle, which leaves us with no threat what so ever centrally, and as a result leaves us to rely too heavily on our wide men. And if/when they don't produce we have two isolated front men who're smothered out of the game for 90 minutes.

If Mancini was bold and dropped De Jong and replaced him with Ireland it could work, but not while Ireland's form is so hit and miss.

Nice to see opposing fans come on this forum and share genuine conversation, and not fill the forum with utter shit.

Anyway a draw is a good result at the Britannia. Hard place to go and Stoke set up well at home. Obviously I'm hoping the pace down our wings will be there un-doing. Can only wait and see.

Whoever said Johnson wouldn't get stick... this is football. Somebody will find something to say!!

I would say good luck, but this is just too damn an important game for me personally!!
