Had my phone stolen today, with a ticket for tomorrow's match already downloaded to it.

Have tried logging in and downloading onto my son's phone, but it won't let me - "can't download more than once"

Spent a happy hour trying to contact the club but kept on dropping out.

Is there any way to cancel the download somehow so I can download again to my son's phone?

Or any other ideas?

Otherwise I'm guessing an early trip to the stadium and queuing at the ticket office is the only thing to do. What time does that open I wonder?

Is it an iPhone, if so can you cancel from your Apple ID?

Then get down early and speak to one of the helpers near the turnstiles.

I’ve had issues all season with my Wallet. Still manage to get in every week and best mates with the steward now who sorts it.

It's Android

You should be able to go to the ticket office before kick off and ask them to print you one off. If you have your ID and supporter number you should be OK.

Log on to your account, and transfer your ticket to your son. He will get an email and will be able to download it to his wallet

Don't seem to get the option to transfer anywhere, but now sorted, another 45 minutes on hold this morning finally got through and they've reissued the ticket which means my son has successfully downloaded.

Ticket office waiting times are shocking.

and did I mention

COME ON CITY!!!

Did you tell them you were at Goodison Park and the perpetrator was an ageing waxwork doll having a strop?

On another android go to settings; biometrics and security; find my mobile.....then click on that for an address which will give you your phones last location by putting in your mobile number. You might even be able to track it and catch the thief with it...unless they wiped it which knowing how they think is possible. Good luck.

Edit; you will also be able to lock it remotely or control it even if its locked by the user.
