Looks like the majority on the thread agree that the atmosphere should be built up by the fans, however do we believe the PA bloke will be silenced tomorrow, I for one doubt MR COOK has enough clout in the club to sort it for us.

Update from Andy Derbyshire the stadium and events manager. At tomorrow's game there will be a singer on the pitch singing City songs to get the crowd going! When the teams come out the PA will be silent, so it is up to us to generate the atmosphere

I have to say when anfield starts singing "you'll never walk alone" as the players come out - as annoying as that song is - the atmosphere is awesome and must be inspiring for the team.
We need to drown that cockney rabble out tomorrow night, to the point where we can't actually hear our own voices. Those Besiktas videos are immense if we could get even half of that it'd be amazing.
We need practically everyone singing, I know some don't like to - especially at home - but it's what's going to make the difference. We need to make those tottenham players feel like we're right ontop of them, they'll get nervy if we're loud enough!
C'mon lets belt out Bluemoon like our lives depend on it.
