They don’t just name weather storms. The weather system has to reach a certain level to become a storm.

That’s been the same for a century or so. They just add a name now.

And my whole point was its unnecessary to name it! Its not a hurricane where we really need to batten down the hatches.
Its a bit of stormy weather. Naming it just dramatises it!

The fact it’s called Agnes seems to irritate you. C’est la vie.
