Storm Bert

I do despair a bit at the hysteria around the weather nowadays. A quick look out the window has confirmed that 'storm bert' is a day or two of what would in less sensitive times be described as 'shit weather' or possibly even 'rain and wind'. All very normal for the time of year - what a nation of absolute fannies we have become.

24 hour rolling news are board.

They've got someone in Yarkshire talking about the devastation of the village by a bit of sludge on the main road.

Bang on. I put the Met Weather up on my phone as I was interested regarding the match.
According to the main people supplying the weather to the great British public, all the North West should now be covered in a blanket of snow.

It's a bit windy.

Drummed up by the BBC. Just had a breaking news story with some stupid reporter in Pateley Bridge dramatising 4 inches of slush!! And talking about solid rain arriving, whatever that is lol. And then the news reader saying busses are too dangerous to operate in Edinburgh but going live to Edinburgh and showing kids sledging in the same place.

Solid rain would be hailstones I think.

All part and parcel of the 24 hour rolling news need to push the global warming narrative.

It’s November, it’s winter, it’s shit weather….imagine that?
