Next door neighbour flooded last night,it happened to use both a few years ago, I replaced my drive with a drain and resin , nothing got through. The drains near us just get overwhelmed from a huge run off from the fields above, one poor bastard got flooded a few weeks ago he now has an 8 foot hole in his garden as the drain rubs under his house it’s his responsibility to solve the mess, I’m guessing he will have a bilge pump installed. They want to build on the field this run off comes from that’ll just make things worse for us all, so far the green belt is holding out against developers.Thought I'd just nip out and bring the bins but Oldham is in the middle of a monsoon!! Can't remember last time I saw rain like this !!
Normally one side is your responsibility and the other side is your neighboursFfs, my fencing either side hasnt got another storm left in it and my neighbours either side are both tight as fuck scruffy twats who would sooner leave it than pay half
Why do we never have a storm Muhammed?
Dunno where you live but I really hope your neighbour has insurance. It's about time potential flood waters played a bigger part in granting planning permission. I still remember when the stretch of M60 between Oldham and Denton opened and it flooded in weeks. It's built on a river bed and the camber was all wrong!Next door neighbour flooded last night,it happened to use both a few years ago, I replaced my drive with a drain and resin , nothing got through. I suggest you go back and re-read that thread as that was not the debate.Remember, a couple of weeks ago storm Bert was not normal because it was autumn and not winter which only starts in December.now it is December so this is now ok.
Haha, I couldn't remember who was spouting that bollocks tbh, was it you?I suggest you go back and re-read that thread as that was not the debate.
You won’t of course, because all meteorological threads are there for your trolling pleasures.
No Ive got the deeds here and checked. Its half and half each side, shared responsibilityNormally one side is your responsibility and the other side is your neighbours
There wouldn't be too many voting if the weather was like this last Friday.Six counties just gone from Orange warning to Red over here.
Expectations are that it’ll get a bit wet and windy from 8pm on, tonight.
It’s not too appealing for walking the dog at the moment.
playful little chap isn't he?
Could you imagine the turnout? There wouldn't be too many voting if the weather was like this last Friday.
