Will you have toupee on the door or do you have tickets?Wind will have died down this evening. Off to see a Band called Malice. Just need to strap my wig down.

We met a couple on holiday. She was a lovely girl in a good customer service job in expensive pottery. But you couldn't help but laugh at the way she said 'Dudd-lee' as you imagined her speaking to a posh rich Southerner. Now that would be funny.
Then really really annoying.
Yeah it’s an odd one I guess, just out of interest, what month we’re you born?I know some people think it’s a nightmare but I love the snow! I reckon I’d rather move to Scandinavia than the Caribbean.
Control yourself man!It's coming
I was thinking similar myself recently, I have a couple of apps on my phone which are generally very good and spot on when it comes to the weather in general, last night they were displaying really shitty weather throughout the night and this morning so was expecting the worst, and yet I’ve been in a long walk this morning with the dog, much of it clear skies and a bit of sunshine and the odd few drops of rain. Our media are truly toxic pushing hysteria over this "storm". I'm against censorship but hysteria needs cutting out.
Had enough off media bullshit from the pandemic which led to unnecessary bulk buying and business closure.
Manchester Airport at 1400. Westerly, mean speed 30mph, gusting 55mph. Runway at MAN is 06/24 so it will be a fairly sporty crosswind. Mean wind speed is fairly easy to deal with. It's the gusts that make it difficult.Wind in Manchester tomorrow around 20mph. In Plymouth tomorrow morning it is showing 90mph on the BBC app.
The south has gone into meltdown. Up north, might need a coat.
It was like that at work here in Trafford Park earlier this morning but about half an hour or so ago, a huge gust took part of our roof off and landed on the bonnet of someone's car.I was thinking similar myself recently, I have a couple of apps on my phone which are generally very good and spot on when it comes to the weather in general, last night they were displaying really shitty weather throughout the night and this morning so was expecting the worst, and yet I’ve been in a long walk this morning with the dog, much of it clear skies and a bit of sunshine and the odd few drops of rain.
So just like any other storm then?Well, there is a red weather warning in the south. Chances are quite a few people will die and a few people will see their property destroyed and maybe some will face financial ruin. Not sure just wearing a coat will have helped them.
I'm not sure why some posters are being so flippant to be honest.Well, there is a red weather warning in the south. Chances are quite a few people will die and a few people will see their property destroyed and maybe some will face financial ruin. Not sure just wearing a coat will have helped them.
Bin day cancelled down there too.I'm not sure why some posters are being so flippant to be honest.
Standard weekend up here.Well, there is a red weather warning in the south. Chances are quite a few people will die and a few people will see their property destroyed and maybe some will face financial ruin. Not sure just wearing a coat will have helped them.
