Never thought the house would get twatted by a tornado but it did last night. Luckily no damage, but there's carnage about 200 yards away with lot's of properties badly damaged, the entire estate is cordoned off.

Damage estimated to run into hundreds of pounds

I live in Stalybridge and i thought my roof was going to blow off. It did cross my mind it was a mini tornado as the wind sounded really loud like it was blowing from all sides. Only lasted what seemed about 2 minutes but the storm was very severe whilst it lasted. I rang a mate this morning and he said the storm was so strong it flung 6 fence panels around like playing cards flattening 4 fence posts.
