My bin fell over last night. Thought someone was trying to break into my flat it made such a bang!!

That's awful.Pretty bad here in Didsbury,found a polystyrene cup in the garden this morning,going to stay with relatives for a couple of days.

Another none event and story.

Just another typical winter deep low depression, which we get about 10 times a year. With the usual disturbance and localised damage. Admittedly this one did bring storm force winds to the coast, which is quite rare.

But now as the Met Office name them, it gives the media something to shout about and dramatise.

I had to smile when I saw that the BBC had made a garden patio table blowing over and smashing one of their web news headlines.

Very stormy night , i was anxious so put the telly on to drown out the noise, trees are intact but another fence panel down , as with the other one the other day there is no money to replace them

Bit windy. Managed to peg clothes out in January.

Ha, i saw that , i am on the coast which really gets battered by the wind , she should have been standing on the beach for full effect , lol
