Another none event and story.
The other storm a few weeks back seemed much worse. But at that time nobody in media city was mentioning it as they were all fawning over Ratcliffe, buying his minority stake at that mid table club in Salford.

Ireland and Scotland bore the brunt of the storm last night. Manchester got off easier this time as the Welsh mountains shielded us a bit.

It was the strongest storm on the planet last night!
 
You've got to feel a bit sorry for a few passengers who were coming home from holidays last night, I've seen the ones about being diverted into Paris, but I saw two particular flights from Tenerife and Seville heading for Edinburgh,both failed to land so went back up, I thought they would come down here to Manchester, but Manchester were full apparently and couldn't take any more in, so these two Ryanair ended up diverting to Cologne!
