Strange article on the Times website.

People can do as they want, but that banner is an embarrassment to City fans.

Get a grip, a banner is a banner. It might be an embarrassment to you. To me it shows that we are gratefull. Nothing more - nothing less.

We've seen so far, that our players, while not gelling totally, have such natural footballing talent, that they can create chances. I for one cannot wait for them to learn each others game. Hopefully Lescott will shore up the defence, and add a set piece threat (still didnt see one yesterday). The article, to be fair, is not a bad one, and reflects the game well. If in 10 games the same issues are apparent, then questions can be asked, but as it is, we're winning, creating chances, and keeping clean sheets. How that happens, is largely irrelevant at the minute.

We've had a fortunate start? People keep writting these neagtive things about us all the time. But that just shows me one thing, people only talk about at the rate we're being bashed about, if they're worried about you, threatened and trying to dismiss them. Which is what they're trying to do.

Ya we've weakeness, but name me a team that doesn't. But Heavens weep.
We've won all our games so far, and we've kept clean sheets for all of them. I'll take that any day, even if it doesn't impress our so call expert pundits.

Ya we have a few teething problems, as does any team that's trying to build up a new team. Getting our players to play together and gell, will take a small while, but good things take time. Rome wasn't built in a day..and all that.

And here's me thinking we have won three matches on the trot, with a pretty much new team still gelling, yet there are still City fans who chose to moan, I despair sometimes with some that purport to support this club but do nothing but moan

Im not moaning Ducado?

I just thought it was a weird article. Im delighted we have won our games which is why I thought the article was an odd jibe.

I can admit we arent the finished team yet but we are looking good.

And about 1 second after them theres other City fans who chose to moan about City fans.

however hughesy knows this and i think once lescott is bedded in, we will be fine

All the centre backs in the world wont help if attacking players hang around on the half way line in smoking jackets when we lose the ball.

You say that, but you want Petrov in ahead of Robinho! Petrov is worse than Robinho in that aspect, imo.

Fuck the papers
Fuck all other fans
Fuck the haters
Fuck the people who dont want us to succeed
Fuck Moyes

We're winning, we've got 6 points out of a possible 6 points, havent conceded and beat Barca in between

I'd rather have an unconvincing win than a sterling performance but only a draw

there are many who disagree with that bluemanc but as I respect you as a poster on here I'm not gonna get into a long, drawn-out debate about it. All I know is that after watching City for 40 years, it's actually quite refreshing to have a genuine feelgood factor and many are gonna enjoy it. Even if some feel it's a little too giddy. I've earned the right to do that.

Like it or not, our club was financially fucked - and at the moment investing in us to the tune they have makes no sense in financial return for Mansour - and for that, as a group of fans, we've said thanks; that's all... nobody got hurt.

And the only other person I've heard echo your sentiment was my boss yesterday. He's a rag.
