emergency measures just decided on this week. The back log problem has been going on ever since they were late getting going in February and then the automatic scanning system they were going to use failed and all applications are now being sent to Glasgow.

so IF theres any truth in this, I wont get enough money from loans to cover my tuition fees (in which case, whats the point in even having the loan) and I wont get any of the grants im entitled to?

Like I said, they said the same about us last year, and everything was fine.

Besides if it's a national problem, the Uni's will have to do something collectivly, or else they won't have any 1st year students ;-P

there has always been cock ups with student loans....i got mine a few month late at the start of last year cause my LEA were lazy cunts and just decided not to bother processing anything and my gf got her grant suspended for no reason
