Regarding the vendetta against the naughty boy, which awards did he get in England at the end of the season?

Should be stripped of the Player of the Year award if found guilty of this charge, seeing as it's partly based on being a good role model.

I agree totally - if they don't strip him of the award it makes a complete mockery of the whole thing.

Good to see the ex-Liverpool players having a go at him ; Thompson, Fowler and Carragher. Carragher saying that they should sell him on if a lucrative offer comes in.

The bite was intended to smooth the passage for a move to Barcelona. He knew that the dippers were reluctant to sell and were more likely to do so if he disgraced himself again. He thought the game was up with 5 minutes to go so he had nothing to lose. I bet he had mixed feelings when they scored the winner!

Absolute quality rant.

Ban the Cnut from all football and fine him everything he has ever earned from the game. Cast him out into the wilderness and see if he can earn a living from appearing in true blood. And why the hell did Northwest Tonight bother interviewing the red dippers? Obviously they were going to be apologists for the squirrel faced diving cannibalistic racist because they know that their (second rate) team is nothing but a comedy sideshow without him.
