RSBC - i was at the apollo a few years back and the lips did bohemien rhapsody. class!

Pretty recent, but I thought Pendulum covering 'Violet Hill' by Coldplay in Radio 1's live lounge was very good!

Anyone heard Enter Shikari's cover of Faithless - Insomnia?

Incredible!

It will only get approved of those who like heavy music, if you don't then i wouldn't bother listening :D

Can only get a live version... can't say its too great, just a load of break downs! I know the guy who filled in on drums for ES in America when the proper drummer broke a bone... and in the video for 'Sorry your not a winner' I have played a few gigs with the guy in a 'public enemy' shirt.

Good shout but you're forgetting the brilliant 'Man Who sold The World' by Lulu.

"I Heard It Through the Grapevine" is a landmark song in the history of Motown Records. Written by Norman Whitfield and Barrett Strong in 1966, the single was first recorded by The Miracles. It has been often said that the The Isley Brothers recorded the song, but there is no evidence that they ever did, and some Motown historians or enthusiasts believe that a session may have been scheduled but canceled. Released on September 25, 1967.All brilliant this is my fave though.

heard a Smokey Robinson version of 'Something' - Beatles. Awesome.

Have you got a link? I can't find it on youtube.

sadly no. i've been looking for it for years. i had it on one of those cheapo cd's you tend to get in bargain bins. i'm going back 15 years ago. can't find the bloody cd and never been able to find it elsewhere. it was utterly brilliant- so more fool me for losing the cd.
