No which isn't what was said if you don't try taking things out of context, calling somebody non white in an attempt to say immigrants are on benefits does 2 things first assumes all immigrants are non white, 2 assumes all non white people are immigrants. Both a bit racist IMO.

I'd like to point out it's on the .Gov website, which is ordered by ethnicity, not my words
