If we are playing...

Nathaniel Clyne, Jay Rodriguez, Ross Barkley, Miralem Pjanic, Marco Reus, and Terence Kongolo - £120m

I would sell Yaya, Clichy, Sagna, Navas, Nasri and Dzeko - £70m

I would also promote Pozo, he's definitely got it.

That's a great list, also think we missed a trick with Moreno. I would add Isco, Koke, Shiqiri, iturbe, veratti and tielemans to that list.

I think the next big step for Pozo would be a good loan move to a Spanish or dutch club maybe aswel as barker with the way he is progressing.

On further thought, maybe a major overhaul isn't whats needed. For sure it's tempting to discard and replace players when the team is enduring a sticky spell, but If we charge out the blocks next January and summer, we risk upsetting the team's balance. However, it may be needed.

Would maybe like to see Willy and Sagna leave in the next 3 Windows, I know they're new, but Sagna is not home grown and and the wrong side of 30. Caballero is a good keeper, but his non HG status is wasted on back up GK. I would love to see Clyne come and gradually challenge Zaba for the first choice RB position, and a young HG keeper would be a treat ( Kaspar Schmeichel anyone?)

As for CB Mangala will settle in and become a great player, like the rest of the team, he's not having the best time, but I think everyone can see his potential. I would love to keep Demi, but didn't someone on here say he would be back to Spain by the end of the season? Rekik would be the ideal replacement, I would also like to see Denayer but having him Rekik and Mangala would be quite inexperienced. Winston Reid (don't laugh) would be ideal.

LB is a must. I personally like Kurzawa and Rodriguez. Replace one of these with either Kola or Clichy and keep hold of the other for another season or two until Tasende is ready.

Cm is fine, unless Yaya decides to leave. Pogba, Koke or Pjanic for me. Of course Lampard is an issue, but Hector Herrera seems to be the ideal replacement. Youngish (24), box-to-box, and will generate shirt sales Mexico.

As for attack if Reus is available, we should be going all out for him. Replacing him with Dzeko would propel us onto the next level imo. I would keep Samir, and Navas, give Jimmy a new contract and were good to go. Also promoting Iheanacho and Marcos Lopes dispells any other fears.

I know that this much changes may upset the balance, but give it a few weeks, and this team takes us onwards.

Are we able to spend what we like again next summer or is there still some kind of limit imposed from FFP?

Next summer we won't have last summer's sanctions in place. However, I think the club will be watchful of ffp to not fail it again. But we do have some sponsorships lined up which means we could spend, the new training ground and an extension on the stadium could mean we have a £80,000,000ish net spend. A scenario:

Caballero - £3m
Sagna - £4m
Demi - Free
Sinclair - £4m
Boyata - £2m
Yaya - £22m
Lamps - expired loan
Dzeko - £24m
Plus Negredo and Richards fees from last summer - £30m

Schmeichel - £5m
Clyne - £10-15m
Reid - free
Rodriguez - £20m
Pogba - £50m
Herrera - £18m
Reus - £19.5m
