Yeah I know that but there is the potential for it to happen.

For example a player goes on strike because one of the big two Spanish, Bayern, psg or juve makes an offer after the window is shut.

You're potentially left with a player leaving or refusing to play with no option to buy a replacement.

The logic made perfect sense in isolation, but without the other leagues following suit it was never going to work.

it would have been better if they just said there can be no out going transfers after the deadline shuts, regardless of other leagues windows still being open.
