So that if the ban gets scrapped people can scream about how we paid UEFA off and how unfair it is.
There was some **** of SkySports News discussing the case and why City have reasons for optimism. All of it was based on technicalities and City’s spending power on lawyers. There was zero mention that UEFA may have got it wrong and City are innocent.
It’s setting the narrative that we’re guilty either way and it’s the only option those in the media can take after all the shite they have already spouted about us.
The irony of City winning by "paying off" UEFA, thus making the UEFA run by their own clubs and who instigated this hatchet job because of said clubs corrupt?
So we win by paying off their own clubs, the logical fallacy is remarkable with these rabid hoardes.
