My thoughts are that I'll be as indifferent to it this season as I was last.

My thoughts exactly

Both absolutely spot on. Find something better to do with your sunday mornings. Wash the dog, walk the car, go to mass (imagine that; going to mass on a sunday; shock horror!) or go to your local DIY shop.

so thats washing the car, going to B&Q or going to church? its a good job I've got a dog otherwise I'd have to watch it

Don't forget guys :- GOD'S A BLUE!!!!!!

The first Hold the Back Page special after the league season finished had City photographs on the wall but they had been changed to Chelsea for the second show after the Champions League final in Munich.

On that basis, it isn't impossible that they may go with a backdrop of Stamford Bridge as the home of the European Champions, although I still think it is more likely they will go for the Etihad.

They will start off with city and half heartedly praise the title win then move onto united praise fergie before deciding that with RVP they will walk the league and beat barca in the CL final before going on to slag us off for the rest of the show with empty factless statements

Why would any self respecting city fan want to park themselves in front of the telly to watch this bunch of washed up Murdock media whore has-been's and nobodies pour scorn and arse lick in equal measure When they could be making their way to villa park to support their club?
Cue the excuses...........

I expect a full resume of our lack of transfer activity and the fact that Mancini is at loggerheads with the club and this will hinder any attempt at retaining the title. In the same breath I expect them to blow smoke up fergies arse and how he is only signing youth players and how wonderful their academy is even though on the brink of signing RVP and having those war horses of Scholes and Giggs. I also suspect they will want to reflect and bask in Chelsea's european glory and that they will push us all the way and may even win prem league. As for Arsenal if RVP stays they will be a force to be reckoned with.
