For the semi against the rags and the final against Stoke I stayed at a hotel in East Finchley and got the tube in. Had a few drinks in East Finchley at Gerties -£2.70 for a Tetleys before jumping the tube and then visiting the roundabout and Green Man.
Have booked the same hotel already, will be copying my previous agenda as clearly it helped us win both games... what a superstitious lot we are :))
You can park on the residential streets near Stanmore; we did it for the final a couple of years ago. Also it's near the M1 however you come into Wembley at the wrong end , Wembley Park and if you go for a beer in say Kingsbury then you get no joy as its designated to the other set of fans.Col12 said:If driving I once drove to Stanmore tube station, big car park next to it and was easy on the train to Wembley..

I was at the back of the top tier for the semi-final and thought everyone would sit down but it was rocking up there - it was brilliant!
