It was missing chances Joe that cost us dearly .... Nunes was only average at best.If they all played as well as Nunes tonight, we'd have won that match
Gvardiol and Rodri did well when they came on.

I was thinking. Why don't we all just meet in the etihad car park at full time after games and have a good ruck. No knives or glass bottles but chains, hammers pick axes and knuckle dusters allowed. At least it would save our fingers, thumbs & brain cells from getting tired with all this typing.Loooool. What a flake, giving up now
Its no good putting balls in where you expect players to be, its much better looking and finding them. You are like a broken fucking record.. Sav should have scored yeah he should.. But he did well beating the full back.. Shame no fucker tried to get on the end of anything..
Same with Doku.. Beats the man but can't find a man.. Either it's the players in the box or it's the wingers fault.
Not big fan of xG but it does support the idea that we should have won; should ain’t much use when didn’t - marks for effort rather than achievement.Won on xG. Something like 0.8 - 2.3 according to the BBC match stats
It wasn’t a lack of effort from Foden - he was just shit. Erling on the other hand! He’s been like this for 4 or 5 games. Don’t get it. Utter pointless when he goes through these spells. But the best in the world when he’s in a good spell. So suppose we need to take the rough with the smoothDisgusting lack of effort from Haaland and Foden tonight. Better second half overall from City and good to see Rodri get through 45 minutes. Doku started well but faded badly. 4 points from Forest and Sunderland away in 5 days isn't too bad. Need to beat Chelsea and Brighton neither of which will be easy.
Donnarumma made some important saves and Gvardiol was our most potent attacking threat - which emphasises how poor Haaland, Foden and Cherki were tonight.
That’s too much common sense!Yeah, let’s throw in a player from the start that’s coming back from a muscle injury and flog him to death.
Didn't lose dickheadThis Loss is on the players. Pep can’t be blamed one bit. He could’ve played TJ after 70 mins but we had 5 chances to score and failed to convert. Players like Savio are the perfect examples as to why a team struggles to dominate. He will never make it here. Semenyo can’t come soon enough. Possibly the worst I’ve seen Haaland and Foden play today since they’ve been here outside last season. It’s no longer in our hands. It’s now going to take a miracle to win the league from here on out. Arsenal aren’t laying down neither is a team with EIGHT key players out, worst performance of the season. Not much to say but learn from it and move on.
Give the ball to Cherki more, stop playing players that don’t bring anything to the team and bring our quality down. For instance. Ake x Dias x Donnarumma is the worst combo i can think of, there is less than 0 build up play there, Bernardo doesn’t do anything besides run, when he can’t run anymore just take him out. TJ might be poor but he’s the only player that runs off the ball and who can see his runs and acc pass him the ball ? CHERKI. If Foden can’t do anything then bring on Rico because he has a good relationship with everyone especially Haaland. There’s small tweaks that can make a chain reaction.
All hope is not lost. But this was a significant setback.
Really hope Nico G can get a good rest.
I find it baffling that people actually believe that they didn’t try, couldn’t be arsed, or didn’t want to be there.
They don't have a clue about the mindset necessary to teach the top in a high profile sport.I find it baffling that people actually believe that they didn’t try, couldn’t be arsed, or didn’t want to be there.
Did a great job of letting them kick us off the park 1st half.Ref had a good game imo
Not sure I could, it was never a classic, just a scrappy battle lacking real quality .We cannot win every game, but I'd watch that every day of the week.
He did virtually nothing from the minute (85th) that he came on.Reijnders is absolute dogshit
Foden covered massive ground and certain channels. He was excellent at tracking back so that they could not get through us every time they counter attacked. That's his role in these tight games. He will get better now that Rodri is coming backDisgusting lack of effort from Haaland and Foden tonight. Better second half overall from City and good to see Rodri get through 45 minutes. Helps if players make a run though.. Erling didn't really make any runs to the near post.. It's a shame as both players tried to put it there..Its no good putting balls in where you expect players to be, its much better looking and finding them.
