Anyone know which stand we will be in? my confirmation email says south stand P28. Looking at a map of the stadium tells me P28 is in the north stand. Any idea?

It was only Mancini who lost there; Keeagan, Pearce, Sven and Hughes all won their games.

Anyone going to this game by train?
If so when you get off the train at newcastle, what is the quickest way to sunderland?
Do you get a mainline train from newcastle to sunderland or do you get a metro?
And how far is sunderland a ground from the train station/ metro station?
Thanks for any replies

Anyone know of if there is an 'away' pub anywhere near the ground?

We're an alright bunch up here, as long as you're not like the nob heads from the red side of your lovely city/london. Majority of pubs welcome all fans.

Welcome!

I'm planning on using your wonderful free park and ride from Wessington Way and would like to know if there are any suitable pubs for away fans (including a 9 year old) on the way to the stadium. If not is it better to head to the city centre and if so how long is the walk from there to the stadium? Much appreciated.

Edit: just checked Google Maps and it indicates 15 minutes from the centre. In that case and if I get to the park and ride around 12.00 will the bus take us to the centre?
