painful to watch at times,to many balls misplaced esp in the final 3rd, great save from joe putting it round the post no other pluses except arsenal dropping points
 
Fuck a duck!!

I don't buy into the performance being off because of the Pep news - they've known for a while. Sunderland were in our faces and piled the pressure on and we couldn't get control of the game, often giving the ball straight back to them. That many poor performances in a starting 11 will invariably mean we're under pressure. Another day we lose that but today we grab the three points and get the fuck out of dodge.
 
Poor quality, but I thought the work rate was pretty good compared to other matches. Otamendi, Demi, Clichy and Hart were very good. My heart sank when Aguero went down ffs. Great 3 points considering Arsenal dropped 2.
 
Rubbish wont win anything if there's no improvement which is looking unlikely as weve been saying the same thing for months now
 
Great 3 points, we'll take that, especially as these fuckers have been a bogey team quite often.

We'll smash Leicester on Saturday.
 
It is what it is. Ugly, but 3 points. Never really thought they'd score. Men of the match for me is the Hart/Oat/MDM trio. Bring on the Vardy.
 
This was shocking and considering the stuff we never usually do; timewasting, cheating and all that stuff (all 4 yellows were fucking justified, to be honest)... we really didn't deserve the point we get.

SO I'M FUCKING GLAD WE DID, and perfectly happy with the display...
 
Hanging on like a lower league side in the fa cup, second to the ball and no quality when we did get it, panic, hoof and start again, cracking 3 points though, much improvement needed at the weekend
 
Really ugly, some terrible performances but we were luckily up against one of the worst teams you'll ever see. Yaya and Silva were both massively dissapointing, crippling any hopes of attacking well, while th defence could not deal with the random long balls and we lost every second ball. Better shape in the second half when Fernando and Dinho at least stopped them getting down the middle, but we were still just as dreadful at dealing with the ball in the air.

Great three points though
 
If ever there was proof pellers is a busted flush this was it. Absolutely shocking performance. 3 massive points considering that. What is the point of sterling? He was sunderlands best player when he came on. An awful lot of things will have to improve for us to win the league, that much is clear. Can't remember the last time you could say " we played really well today". uncomfortable viewing..
 
I thought we were shocking. Overrun in midfield and outbattled all over the field. Two saving graces, Aguero and the fact that they are absolutely shit up front.

There are champions where you win by the skin of your teeth and there are champions where you win the league in style. Put the team sheets side by side and there is only one winner but yet again we under-perform.

If anyone asks why we are swapping Pel for Pep show them tonight's game.
