Support Pep

If losing 6 out of 7 games is seen as a crisis, then what do you call winning 6 out of 7 league titles?

Anyone who thinks Pep is not the right man to lead us into next season needs to have a word with themselves. What this squad has achieved is unprecedented, as is the standards that Pep is held to.

He’s extracted every last drop of effort from this squad, and age and injuries have caught up with some of them. If the board back Pep with two new midfielders and a RB over the next two windows, we’ll be back challenging for major honours next season.

That said, it’s only natural on a forum that we discuss our current form. We’ve deservedly lost 6 out of the last 7 games and had an embarrassing collapse in the other. Injuries, fatigue and individual mistakes have all played a role in this form but so has Pep’s insistence of playing a certain way with square pegs in round holes.

No one I know is suggesting that Pep rips his whole tactical approach up. But this high defensive line at all costs is killing us.

The best manager we’ll ever have who has given us what we used to dream about.

I’ll be screaming my lungs out on Wednesday to show how much I support him.

Greatest manager in our history. Greatest manger in PL history, IMHO. An all-time football great.

He has earned the right to work out this dip, a million times over. I'm more angry with Txiki, his recruitment work was lacking, big time.

I'll trust in Pep forever.

I'll question or criticise individual decisions, but never the quality and commitment of the best manager in the world.

Back the manager. There's no-one better.

I've just got off the phone and it's great news, Stuart Pearce has agreed to loan Pep the little teddy for the touchline against Notts Forest
