Bought 3 tickets for Napoli and only had seat numbers for my season card but not my Bluecard one.

Rang and of course running my own business I dont have time to sit on the phone for 30 minurtes so have emailed and got the note below back:

If the answer to your query is not below please expect a reply within 7 days, we are currently experiencing a high volume of emails and we apologise for the delay in service at this time.

Not being funny but this is awful service,you could not get away with this in any other business.All those wishing Mr Cook was still with us take note.
Surely if these cock ups were not made at the start(ie give me all 3 seat numbers not 2)then the call times would be dramatically reduced.The ticket line is always doing this,they are piss poor.

Anyway,does anyone else know how I can get a seat number by not telephoning or waiting to find out by email next week?
 
I'm a seasoncard holder on the CL scheme but apparently gonna get moved cos in row B. Waited 30mins on Friday for them to tell me the ticket would be allocated that day and I'd get an email and text. Nothing. Emailed yesterday and it took 3 hours for the automated reply to tell me they'll respond in 7 days. 60 mins wait time on the phone at the moment.

F*cking joke. Really pissing me off and on top of that I have to use my mobile so just listening to my free minutes waste away (while I'm meant to be working).

Good job the boys are doing it on the pitch!

Just head to the ground as normal. The lads and lasses outside with the handheld devices should be able to scan the card and find out the seat number.
 
1hr 8mins to find out they hadn't allocated my CL scheme ticket. Had to pay over the phone to go from 107 row B to Family Stand North East Corner (nothing left near where I sit). He didn't tell me it was family stand - just said box level at the other end of the ground, and now his email tells me. Parents, I apologise for my language in advance.

He said they hadn't taken on any new call centre staff for a while now, and there were 22 people in the call queue.
 
I have recieved an e-mail from the club confirming mine and my sons seat details for Napoli game, they have the wrong season card number on his confirmation!
It has taken the best part of 55 mins to get through, sick to death of listening to that screeming idiot and the message telling me there is a 15 minute wait.
They have now activated his card, so god knows what will happen to the poor unfortunate one whose number he initially had, piss poor really.
Still waiting for my relocation v birmingham, and they can't tell me anything about that yet.

This really doesn't reflect great on the club, get it sorted city

Yes when I go to the buy tickets having selected the button does nothing.

Seems alright again now, just checked, another blocks been added.

they are improving when I emailed last week they said expect a reply in 10 days
