just got back off holiday and waited 40 mins yesterday to basically be called i liar as i've been dumped out of the cup scheme for apparently not requesting to go in any of the cup scheme when i ordered my season ticket. They said i couldn't have and i received an email with my order on. I know very well after waiting an hour on the phone i definately asked for it. Now i've checked my emails i didn't even recieve a confirmation as i didn't again today when buying Napoli ticket. Every time i buy a ticket and get put through to the call centre office and not our ticket i don't receive an email.
Now i've checked my account history i've been charged for e magazine and programme which i never asked for.
So sat on my jack tomorrow in family stand.

do you think MCFC are trying to emulate the big companies call centre service.
Call BT, British Gas, Talk Talk, Virgin, Vodaphone etc. you get the same level of service.

(tip for anyone on talk talk, ask to speak to customer loyalty, dont answer, why ?just insist you get put through to them)
 
they messed up my loyalty points by giving me 2 accounts. Emailed them 11 days ago no reply, just sent another one.....not happy

The only lot giving me one up the arse is the ticket line!

Anyway,just got an email from City confirming a seat number - just about to apologise as they had seemingly redeemed themselves when I realised its the fcuking number I already had.

Receipt but no seat number,how difficult can it be?
 
I've had the same shit.

Ordered 3 blue memberships and 3 tickets for Napoli.

Last week one arrived which really pissed me off as they are all supposed to be coming to the same address anyhow.

I phoned customer service (ha ha ha! That's NEVER customer service FFS!) and was on hold for 40 mins.
Finally get through only to be told there was nothing they could do, I just had to wait.
Yesterday still no tickets so I emailed and was told my email will be responded to within 7 days!!! Great!!

So today I phoned again - queue stupidly long waiting time - and was finally told I'll have to pick up the tickets before the match and there's always a big queue so I'd have to get there early!! FFS!

I work till 6.30 so now somehow I need to try and finish early to get there.

Sort it out city. The customer service is shit an I shouldn't be dicked about when I ordered these 10 days ago and I've got one! Is it so hard to put them all in the same bloody package
