As daft as it sound, I will miss the Barca home match as I'm staying in London for my son's birthday treat. Yes I cocked up big time...!. Will want to be watching the game with my son somewhere around the Russell Square area where we are staying, Anybody any ideas for a City friendly pub, or is Riley's nearby...?

Piccadilly Line 3 stops to Green Park, change onto Victoria Line, 1 stop to Victoria, then walk to Riley's. Will take you 30 mins tops

Number 24 or 38 bus will pretty well take you directly there.

There's also a Riley's at Haymarket which is nearer to Russell Square than Victoria but, reading this thread, there might be more London Blues at Victoria. Being in central London, you could be outnumbered by Barca fans so maybe Victoria is better. Might try it myself or a bar near here by St. Pauls' Cathedral in The City but the bar if frequented by Spanish/German/European ' fans '......

Cheers, might yet throw £20 to somebody in the hotel yet to get it on their TV, will need to see how things go....?!

Haven't be enable to get into Central London since Mabel's tavern at Euston last day of last season.

Are London Blues still congregating there or are there others? Central or West is where I'm coming from.
