Still not convinced by Jo though, but like you say its all about opinions.
 
Sven as diretor of football is a brilliant move. He doesn't know that level too well, but he will attract players from League 1, as they will want to work undersomeone like him, and then they could play under a good young lower league manager (who again will want to work with Sven).

So the move will definatly be good for them.

Sven was good for city and even Shinawatra was the start of where we are now, without his investment and contacts we would not of got the arabs
 
As a city fan now living in Nottingham i have to laugh at how excited County fans are getting about Sven. Although he'll have plenty of money to waste. Garrido, Benjani and Bojinov playin in Black and white next season!!!!!!!!!

If he does go there as DoF don't be surprised if Hans Bakke ends up there as manager with Didi Hamann as his assistant.
 
If this is true they much have some serious money behind them. Sven usually demands £5million + a year !

If they get him in there expect to see them rise through the leagues very quickly...

No, I meant more like helping to plunge Sampdoria and Lazio into astronomical levels of debt, getting stung by the Fake Sheikh as England manager and leaving under a cloud, overseeing a spectacular second-half-of-the-season collapse at City that culminated in our worst defeat for over 100 years, and completely fucking up the Mexico job.

His honours from other countries are completely irrelevant when it comes to the job he's been tasked with. And if you truly believe that spending 40k a week on Sven as DoF is what a League Two side really needs to help them out of the mire, then I worry for your sanity.

They need to be looking 5-10 years into the future, yet they'll be lucky if Sven's still there in 5-10 weeks.
