Thing that stands out the most is how he glided past ppl. Iniesta like. Also left or right foot doesn't seem to matter.

That's the least impressive thing in that clip for me. Every single one of those dribbles, he's dispossessed in the premier league, the opposition is feeble. His weight of pass and timing of the release of the ball were the standouts from that clip for me.

One of the more impressive midfield talents I have seen in a long time based on youtube... Not taking into account the league he's playing in... Still, should be a no brainer given the price. Even if he wouldn't make it at city we could easily sell him for profit. Pretty sure every big club wants him though so if he doesn't end up here it's probably because he didn't choose us...
