Swansea (a) Post Match Thread

Correlation does not always imply causation but the idea that announcing the new manager on Feb 1st had no impact at all on subsequent results seems a bit fanciful. At the very least it's clear that our points per game dropped pretty significantly post the announcement. So whether that was entirely due to the announcement partly due to the announcement, IMO it had something to do with the announcement.

I think we all knew it would have some sort of an impact, I'm just amazed that impact was one of all the players either fearing for their positions or worse, not giving a shit. I was fully expecting a roaring finish demonstrating why they should get a place next season. Instead too many retreated. Bit worrying tbh.

Totally predictable until the very last. The only saving grace was he used Iheanacho and not Bony, but all in all for Manuel's final fling it was always going to be 'As you were lads'.

Despite what some think on here, the truth is no premier league club will come in for Pellegrini. If he was as good as one or two on here think that wouldn't be the case. Nice bloke but out of his depth at City.

Thought Clichy was very good, was our last line of defence at times when laurel and hardy went awol.
