I dislike pellegrini and good riddance, but he is far, far from the worse.

You must have seen a different match to me. One or two stood out. Navas, Kev & Clichy spring immediately to mind

No, he's by no means the worst. As I said in another thread, for sheer destruction that would be Allison in his Second Coming.

Your wrong about Reid , a good manager who got us into the top six with very limited resources , if the club had given him some finance we would have been title contenders , admittedly not the most attractive football , but he got results.

You heard right mate...He blamed it on a few things but said the news in Feb had an impact and we lost a few games after the news was confirmed....
 
Thank God that is over and barring a total Bournemouth collapse at Old Toilet we are at least in the champions league,providing we win the play off game.

We have deteriorated in the last two seasons alarmingly and a league cup win cannot gloss over that fact. A number of reasons for that,too many world class players now over the hill or injured and the players we brought in to hopefully replace them just not good enough.A manager not tactically astute enough and a complete lethargy and lack of fight and hunger stinking the whole place out.

We will now see just how good a coach Pepe is because he has quite a big job on his hands.

There were a few of that from him today. The Aguero of old would have won the golden boot today and seen us home by half time not worrying about absurd 19-0s at OT.

I agree there looked to be something on his mind these past couple of weeks.
