Yeah. There’s room for improvement but we totally dominated that game. They had two shots, one a worldie and on a gift.

There’s goals in our team nad there were more positives than negatives.

Every game Pep will be learning more about this set of players. His problem is fitting his best players into a starting XI, because at them moment they don’t necessarily make for a balanced XI.

I don't disagree, he should have learned quite a bit tonight hopefully.

It’s called game time and getting players match fit . In the big picture of things it was a superb performance and result. We now have a plumb quarter final home tie .

Been fortunate to get to every game this season apart from the European aways, until tonight, couldn’t get away, but fuck me we’ve got some shit, entitled fans following us these days. Accept we weren’t great but away to a reasonable championship side, behind to an early stunner, 10 changes from the weekend and ran out worthy 3 1 winners with 77% possession - maybe you needed to watch us when we were shit for decades to realise that was decent

A good game and coming from behind to win is never easy at any level

Struggled to find any patterns with players finding it hard to find their feet and feel comfy
I thought the referee was very poor tonight and allowed them to leave some on our players and Doku again got kicked all game, City had enough and once the 1st goal went in there was only one winner

Very Big shoutout for Cherki, MOTM by country mile. We have a very good player who changes games just like KDB and David Silva
 
Another game that makes me feel like Pep and City are cooking something, but haven't got the flavour worked out yet.

Enough to like. Cherki an obvious huge positive, and the sort of player I think I could fall in love with and have been missing in some games this season.

Similarly enjoy watching Nico G play.
 
Really enjoyed that. Thought it would be a real grizz after seeing the line-up of those who needed time, but some of the intricate passing, I thought was superb. OK, we can whinge about a poor, early defensive display, and the actual tactical set-up, but we dominated them for the majority of the game.

Early days, but if we are doing some of what we did today, so early, and with these young players who are still forming partnerships, then I’m encouraged.

just effort for me some dont look arsed and no i dont want pinball or headless chicken just 1 /2 touch sharpe passing move the oppositition around they can do it
