If you start it then I’ll join in.If you're here for the champions clap your hands
If you're celebrating now clap your hands
If you're happy that we did it and you really wanna show it
If you're here for Man City clap your hands
If you're feeling like a winner stomp your feet
If you're proud of your players stomp your feet
If you're happy that we did it then you really gotta show it
If you're here for Man City stomp your feet
If you wanna cheer together shout hooray - Hooray!
If you're one with the team shout hooray - Hooray!
If you're happy that they did it then you really gotta show it
If you're here for Man City shout hooray - Hooray!
Just sayin
I had forgotten that chant, what a great one it was. I would love to hear it today as the Swansea players line up to give us the guard of honour. "Bring on the champions, bring on the champions!"
Does a guard of honour improve our chances of beating Swansea?
I suspect Swansea think their guard of honour and other celebrations will soften the mentality of our players and give them a better chance of taking something from the game.
I'd say the reverse. Have him on the bench and, if all is going well, bring him on for the final 20 minutes or so.I have a feeling Mendy will start and will be given 60 minutes.
