fantastic performance against a very gutsy Swansea side, Up to third, increased goal difference and looking good. just need to carry this over to our away performances.

Thought city were magnificent today. The pace and movement was out of this world. could have won by five or six. Showed why your a great side. Just need to show that form in your next two away games. its away from home is your the issue.

Only the three goals today.

Pffft. Drop the lot of them, and sack the manager.

some of the ladies on the matchday forum were not far from suggesting that in the first half

Indeed.

There is no in between on that thread and no understanding of the fact we are playing against 11 men trying to do the exact same thing as us. They have a shot and our defenders are crap, they make a pass and we cant tackle, we dont score and our forwards are shit...blah, blah, blah!

Absolutely. At halftime I took a gander and was informed that we are about level with a Championship League squad. Unbelievable.

Good performance. 3 goals, 3 points, upto 3rd.

Nasri outstanding!

Looking forward to midweek.

could have easily scored 7, two big away tests coming up, six points from those and look out prem

TBH I don't see Southampton bouncing back straight away, my biggest concern is West Brom. Could Nasri get player of the month again? The man is on fire!!

Your next two away games will be tough. if you get four points from both you have done well.

Thought both centre backs looked good today. I know they got through a couple of times, but they're a decent passing side,
second to us and Arsenal IMO. They were put under pressure 1st half, by the forwards not looking after the ball well enough,
and the midfield not covering back quick enough. Think they deserve some praise today.

At half time I wrote that our game plan was obviously commanded by MP, and that we would eventually up the intensity during the second half, scoring at least twice : bingo.
Fernandinho and Yaya need definitely a third man in front of the back four players to help them when facing good collective sides.
Sergio was pretty much wastefull today, something we haven't seen since last season, just hope that it is an accident .
Navas had an OK game, minus the shitload of selfish attempts when he could have played more usefully with a teammate.
Nasri on fire, was close to score a hat-trick, just like on wednesday : get him a contract extension now please.
And last but not least, welcome 3rd spot !

Key is finding the hard form away from home. that the big challenge for city. 37 goals shows your attacking talent.
