Very good first half, seemed to go back to our worst second half... Think the first half was almost too easy in some ways. Came out complacent after HT.

Sane and Jesus are exceptional. Sane just glides around the pitch, Sterling should watch him closely. Yaya was brilliant first half. Mixed day for Willy, did almost everything right but should have saved that really - Bravo would be getting pelters if he'd let that in. Still unconvinced by Stones too. Rather have Vinny or Otamendi in for sure.

Good three points though in the end.

I totally agree clichy needs to go at the end of the season but hope the fans don't turn on him. Been a very good signing for us over the years.

I agree, I was always happy to back him up. She kid professional, always put a shift in and the embrace between him and Jo in the qpr 2012 game will live with me to my grave.

Alas even I have to admit he's been dire this season.

In all honesty i thought swansea played really well today they were a credit to Paul Clements management.


In Sane and Jesus we have two really special talents thought we didnt move the ball about as fast as we have been doing.

Second half they were like a different team,but played really well ?? Nah,not for me

We've spent so long lamenting our lack of strikers and reliance on Kun since the club decided to sell Dzeko, Negredo, Jovetic, Tevez etc and claim to replace them with fecking Bony. Now, we finally have a striker to reduce that reliance and bolster our attack and suddenly some of our fans seem desperate for Aguero to go and put us back in that position. Honestly, I don't get some of our so-called supporters. Maybe it's just a case of the Sky Sports generation looking for drama and controversy at every corner.

True but some of those passes he failed to make should not have been difficult for a player of his ability. FB is a role that he would have to have time to adapt to.

10 mins before half time, we visibly stopped running and attacking. Toure went into walkabout mode a la last year, and he slowed the whole game down. He may have been a bit bored, but this continued into the second half and we were lucky to get the points there. Let him finish the season, then get rid. If he gets a new contract, he will start fucking about again, and Seluk will be back in the news

Must have watched a different game I thought Fernandinho was ok thought sane was quiet today and kolorov played well. Clichy was poor as usual that left back spot is haunting us hope it's rectified in the summer.overall great first half but Swansea shaded the second but 3 points is all what matters at this stage. Let's get some consistency going and see where we end up come what may.
