Its Guinness time any day of the week.
Felt I had to give some feedback on Swansea tonight and in all honesty very impressed with them.
Good job they hadn`t got too much up front but very impressed with the way they work the ball from the back, playing nice triangles in midfield and not a heavy boot up field to be seen.
Well done and I personnally think that they will have no problems in staying up.
Did yourselves proud lads.

They need a striker imo, don't think there new signing Graham will score many in the premiership although there wingers dyer and sincair will cause allot of problems for most teams.

Definitely think they'll stay up. Pace in abundance on the wings and up front and a keeper who played like Joe at spurs away last year. Without him that game could have ended 8-0

Good luck for the rest of the season swans. And credit to you for still singing after going down by a couple of goals.

Decent side play nice football and will have enough to stay up in my opinion but when Bobby pushed us 20 yards up the field after 20 minutes to nulify their playing from the back it seemed to knock them off stride! They'll have to learn to mix it up and play more directly in some games I feel.

honestly thought they were poor, carved open at will. they will finish bottom unless they sign some big names. shame tho, fans seem like a good bunch

I was impressed by their keeper. Sky sports were saying their keeper made more saves tonight than any keeper last season.

They have very quick wingers and I can see them causing lesser sides problems, that's for sure. Graham didn't have much to go on tonight but they were up against high quality opposition.

Once they get their fans behind them at the Liberty we'll see a different Swansea i'm sure.

Apart from the obvious gulf in class there seemed a big gap in the physical side of things that is my biggest worry. At times you easily out muscled us. Delighted with our keeper looks a better buy than Manures, Dutch number 2 for £1.5m looks like signing of the summer for us. Shame we had two first choice defenders out as we look short of cover at the back. You havent got a FB we can loan have you?

they played great football for a long spell in the first half! they were not as fit as us, and that showed towards the end of the 1st half!

they ll frighten teams like blackburn and wigan for sure!

good luck!!

if they had decent striker (s) they d be formiddable!

Roberto Martinez didn't look very happy when he got out of his seat and left 5 mins before time!

To be fair they tried to play and didnt resort to fouling

Agree with both those comments. They played some nice stuff in that opening 20-25 minutes, until we pushed up more and stopped sitting back. And in the remaining 65-70 minutes, we did get through their defence alarmingly easily at times. Nice to see they didn't resort to kicking us off the pitch, but they will have to toughen up at the back. Also, they never really threatened a goal. Hope they stay up though; their fans don't seem as mouthy as their neighbours down in the valleys and their manager seems a ''decent'' bloke.

Dyer and Sinclair will be a revelation this year.

Get another striker up with Graham and they will surprise quite a few teams, especially at home.

Thanks for all the comments, both positive & negative!

Sadly your defence completely shut out any attacking options we had. If we went to clear the ball the furthest we could get was about the half way line before another wave of attacks came our way again. I do believe Graham is good enough for the Premiership and will score goals, sadly not against you tonight ;-)

Thankfully we also had a keeper who was on top form tonight and it was the first game he has played with the team.

It was a tough start for us and I think now we've seen how big the gap is between the Championship & the Premier League. All Brendan has to do is to find a way to narrow that gap. Even though we lost 4-0 I don't think there are many Swans fans who are too downhearted with the manner of the defeat.

Good luck for the rest of the season anyway, hope you manage to get the PL trophy off old Bacon Face!

You play some good football, it's nice to see teams like yours and Blackpool last season come up and not be negative and park a bus in front of goal. It's a steep learning curve the PL, and there are no hiding places for teams out of sorts or not to grips with the league. Good home form will be paramount in any efforts o stay up, good luck!

the bottom half sides will struggle against the pace they have.
but i cant see sinclair being there next year good player that lad
