I've been going to fucking city hearing swearing since i was a fucking baby and its never done me any fucking harm. I never fucking swear, moaning twats.

Na but its a football match, passions are high and its bound to happen. If you don't like it then don't go or sit in the family stand where ot won't be so bad

Absolutely "fucking hell ref" spot on mate!! Just like you I've been "fucking disgrace ref!!" going since being a "fat bastard ref!!!" infant to and I can say in all "cunting bollox ref!!!" honesty THAT it's NOT affected me "get a fucking grip ref!!!"

it depends on how much i've had to drink before the game i guess, i'm definately worse when we have a big game as well.

I try to tone it down when there is young kids around though.

I had a major hangover last week against stoke, but i had an outburst when bridge kicked it out, when the stoke player was injured (when stoke carried on with their attack) - everybody looked round at me!! Note: i only swore once through the outburst!

I think the problem where i sit (CB L3) is that because nobody speaks or moves i stand out like a sore thumb...if the view wasn't as good as it is, i would move.

My mate got banned from Maine Road North stand for raciscim. Here is what he had SANG with thousands of others as i was with him.
City is going up with and Arab and a jew. And the chinese got a chippy song. I could not believe the guy and is wife in front complianed to us all the time. He got a 3 year ban. It did come to fisticuffs in the end thoughh. lol
Also to be fair because the guy was well out of order complaining all the time mate would lean over and say Seamen is dribling out of the box. Non stop to wind the guy up. He was in his 30's so porobably a bit infantile. But you go to a football match expect songs expect swearing and expect lads having a laugh. Get the streses of work and the missus out of your system at the game.

I tend to swear pretty much all the time, regardless of where I am, I just tone it down if I'm at work etc....

Oh and I don't swear in front of my mum or grandma, cos I'm a nice lad!!

But if someone is offended by my swearing, either them saying it or I can see it's offending them I'll stop, except at the football, I get frustrated and passionate about things, I don't intend on swearing it just comes out...

And for those that think this is "unjustified" well, politely, go fuck yourselves!! :-)

I remember playing West Ham in the FA Cup and we were on the attack needing a goal and at the time Bellamy went down in our box when he saw we were on the counter, when we got into West Hams half the referee stopped play and dragged it all the way back for Bellamy to get treatment which was greeted by a 'WELL I HOPE HE'S FUCKING DEAD THEN' shout from my dad which was greeted by laughs. If you go to the football you can't take anything you here seriously at all.

Firstly, my apologies for starting a new topic with so few posts under my belt.

I have a season ticket in the East stand and for the last few home matches the steward nearest too me has told me that someone near me has complained about my bad language on more than one occasion.

Now I know I shouldn't swear, but I don't think I do it any more than anyone else who sits near me. Also the person in question has not even spoken to me about it, nor has anyone else complained.

Last week for the cup match. The steward brought in a senior steward to ask me to tone it down, and I was informed that the complainer has asked for a full report to me made, for the stadium cameras to be on me & for me to be moved.

As I said earlier, I know I shouldn't swear, but I can't beleive that I am the only one out of thousands to swear at a football match.

I intend to reduce the level of my bad language, but the reason for the topic was to ask if there is anything that I can do to cover me with the club, as I feel that I am being singled out for doing something that quite a few people must do each week.

i wouldnt put up with that mate, get a season ticket in the south stand and swear as much as you like.
